Debra Weiss has been a picture restorer for over 35 years working mostly for The Weiss Gallery in London . She specialises in  C17th  North European oil paintings , but has expertise in all periods from ancient to modern paintings . She  is happy to advise you on all aspects of conservation and restoration.
